The Icom IC-A16E is a compact, reliable, and easy-to-use handheld transceiver designed for aviation ground support staff. It ensures clear communication, powerful audio output, and rugged construction for daily airport operations.
With a dustproof and waterproof body (IP67) and compliance with MIL-STD-810G military standards, it withstands harsh conditions and heavy-duty use. Its 1500 mW audio output delivers excellent sound clarity even in noisy environments.
The included BP-280 Li-Ion battery (2400 mAh) provides up to 17 hours of operation. A backlit LCD display and ergonomic illuminated keypad allow easy use in low-light or nighttime conditions.
