The Kenwood TS-590SG is a high-performance HF/6m base transceiver designed to meet the needs of demanding amateur radio operators. It delivers outstanding reception, advanced DSP processing and a wide range of professional-grade features for reliable everyday operation.
As an enhanced version of the TS-590S, the TS-590SG offers improved adjacent dynamic range, expanded digital IF filters, a new CW decoder, the “ANT OUT” function inherited from the TS-990 and a customizable tri-color LCD display. These upgrades ensure precise, flexible and stable operation across all HF and 50 MHz bands.
The transceiver includes powerful DSP features such as a Speech Processor, TX/RX Equalizer, digital/analog Noise Blanker, Auto/Manual Notch Filter and Beat Cancel. A reinforced cooling system and a wide-range internal ATU further enhance performance.
With USB and COM ports, the TS-590SG supports PC control, firmware updates, memory programming and full remote operation over the Internet. The package includes the MC-43S microphone, DC power cable, line filter, fuses, user manual and mounting accessories.
