The CT990 EB is a high-performance VHF/UHF transceiver designed for use in extreme conditions. With its IP67 certification, it is fully dustproof and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter deep for 30 minutes, making it ideal for harsh environments and challenging weather conditions.
This upgraded version features a 3600mAh Li-Ion battery, providing 30% more battery life compared to the previous model. While the standard CT990 offered around 16 hours of operation, the CT990 EB extends battery life up to 21 hours on a single charge.
Like its predecessor, the CT990 EB delivers a power output of up to 10W, ensuring superior radio coverage compared to other amateur transceivers that typically transmit at only 5W.
