SDR Technology and Waterfall Display
The FT-DX101D integrates modern SDR technology with a waterfall display, enabling immediate visual analysis of band activity. Operation is handled via a 7-inch high-precision touch-screen display, designed for intuitive control and accurate interaction with operating parameters.
Advanced Band Control and Smooth Operation
The Active Band Monitor function allows rapid band changes, with LED illumination indicating the currently active band. Independent control of the primary and secondary bands enables smooth operation and quick transitions between amateur radio bands.
Optimized Front-End and Tuning Control
The transceiver features an optimized VC High-Q front-end, designed to enhance selectivity and signal handling. The main tuning dial controls both the primary and secondary frequencies and incorporates an outer ring for clarifier operation, VC settings, fine tuning or user-defined adjustments.
